Matthias Parey
Matthias is a safety and fire protection engineer and a recognised expert in Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), Safety II and modern safety management. He helps companies to rethink occupational safety and to effectively integrate human and organisational factors. He is the first provider to make HOP accessible to a wide audience in the German-speaking world and is regarded as a practical driving force behind a sustainable safety culture.

From 2026, HOPKON® will take place at the Dortmund Congress Centre. This modern event venue, situated between the exhibition halls and the Westfalenhallen, is the ideal location for in-depth discussions, innovative ideas and professional networking in the field of cultural development. The Mercure Hotel Messe is situated directly adjacent to the congress centre. A block of business-class rooms has been reserved there for HOPKON® participants.
